Diagnosis, symptoms, treatment and abuse within psychiatry. This disorder is also known as psychopathic and Dangerous Severe  Personality Disorders. There is much disagreement within psychiatry as to whether it can be treated. Many people with this diagnosis have criminal records, however some do not. Some have convictions for minor crime but pose no danger nor threat to the public. Many people with this diagnoses wrongly diagnosed and are victims of abuse, some are wrongly diagnosed and are emotionaly disturbed and traumatised. Unfortunately some therapeutic and counseling practices are also abusive. The British government want's to bring in a new mental health act. This  new  law means a person can be detained in an institution  without  a  time limit (prehaps until thay are ded)  by a mental  health authority that is policed by nobody.  All on the word of two psychiatrists and a social worker. In the UK many social service and mental health institutions are abusive and this is a documented fact. I myself am in danger of  this bill. Please don't let them do this to me, don't let them do it to any body. I'm not a danger to the public, nor are most mentally ill people.  Protect us from the psychopaths working in the mental health service. After all you pay them, prehaps not in the UK but I think I'v made my point. The DSPD order means a person who has never committed a crime can be locked up for life on the word of three people. I was diagnosed with an untreatabel personality disorder by a doctor who saw me for ten minutes, he later clamed I was a psychopath ( Antisocial Personality Disorder). This was after I put in a complaint about sexual harrasment by a therapist who worked for the same health authority. My complaint was placed in my medical file and remaines unanswerd. Eventualy the therapist was removed, my complaint was taken out of the medical file  and I was rediagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder. I am not considerd to be danger to the public. However I had to go on hunger strike befor this happened. When I finshed my community psychiatric nurse talked to somebody from the government about the new act. She also had a meeting with the head of social services to see what help could be given to traumatized people. You can vote about this new law below. Help me stop harmless people being wrongly diagnosed and placed in danger.  I believe that ultimately a  Judge should decide after due process. I comlained to everybody I could but found that nobody could protect me from this abuse of power. I should have been able to have the matter properly investigated without the need to use social political methods. In view of my experience, I feel a person who is conciderd to be dangerous should have legal rights to chalenge the mental health service.
